We also offer a full vegetarian menu, featuring tempting delights such as curried tofu, Rasta pasta and delicious vegetable lasagna. Our Spa's Elemental Preferences are indicated on our menus to accommodate your personal Elemental Nature component. Additionally, dishes are paired to our wine list in such a manner that allows you to select within your budget and palette. For example, Clay Station Voigner and Beringer Knights Valley Alluvium Blanc are both white wines recommended for our chicken roasts and milder curries.
